Tenders Are Invited For The Service Of Organizing And Conducting Professional Courses For Students And Teachers - Implementation Of The Project Titled Active Vocational School Without Barriers

Part 1) 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Training Service - A Course For Students And Teachers Entitled: Professional Confectionery Course. General Conditions Of The Service - Applies To All Parts Of The Order: The Contractor Is Obliged To: A) Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Assumptions Of The Specification Of Order Conditions And Using Materials And Designs Provided By The Ordering Party. B) Perform The Subject Of The Contract With Due Diligence, Professionally, In Accordance With The Best Knowledge, In Accordance With The Best Practices Used In Education And In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of Polish And Community Law. C) Ensuring Professional Training Staff: Courses/Training Can Only Be Conducted By People With Appropriate Education, Experience And Skills In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Swz And In The Contractors Offer, D) Conducting Classes In Accordance With The Charter Of Fundamental Rights, The Convention On The Rights Of Persons With Disabilities, Equal Opportunities And Accessibility, The Principle Of Sustainable Development And Paying Attention To The Use Of Gender-Sensitive Language Towards Participants, E) Timely And Efficient Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract And Ongoing Cooperation With The Ordering Party At Every Stage Stage Of Execution Of The Subject Of The Contract. F) Conduct The Service (Classes) In Accordance With The Regulations And Principles Of Occupational Health And Safety, Provide Care To The Participants Throughout The Time During Which The Service Is Provided And During Designated Breaks, G) Conduct The Service (Classes) In Accordance With The Schedule Approved By The Ordering Party. H) Documenting The Presence Of The Service (Class) Participants, I) Keeping The Ordering Party Informed About Any Participants Failure To Show Up On The Scheduled Date (In Accordance With The Schedule) Of The Service (Classes), Interruption Of The Service (Classes) Or Resignation From Participation And Other Situations (No Later Than On The Following Day) That Affect The Implementation Of The Service (Classes) Program And The Contract, J) Keeping Documentation Of The Service (Classes) In Accordance With The Guidelines Provided By The Ordering Party, K) Ensuring Proper Protection Of Personal Data Of Course Participants In Accordance With Applicable Regulations - The Contractor, At The Request Of The Ordering Party, Undertakes To Sign An Agreement Entrusting The Processing Of Personal Data, L) Notify The Ordering Party Of A Change Of The Registered Office, Company Name Or Persons Representing The Contractor. The Information Must Reach The Ordering Party In Writing Within 7 Days Before The Above-Mentioned Changes, M) Compliance With Hygiene And Sanitary Rules, If There Are Any Appropriate Restrictions In This Regard, N) Professional Preparation Of The Class Program (To The Extent Covering At Least The Issues Required By The Ordering Party).
