Tenders are invited for Printing & Supplying of Photo Identity Cards for the Employees of Boi (Head Office / Export Processing Zones / Industrial Parks) for a Period of Two (02) Years (2025-2027) A pre-bid meeting of this contract will be held at 10:00 hrs on 06.11.2025 at Administration Department, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Level 09, West Tower, World Trade Centre, Echelon Square, Colombo - 01. A Complete set of Bidding Documents in English language could be purchased upon a request on a business letterhead and on a cash payment (non-refundable fee) of Rs. 10,000/- (Inclusive of SSCL) + VAT up to 15:00 hrs 13.11.2025 from Procurement Unit, Administration Department, Level 09, West Tower, World Trade Centre, Echelon Square, Colombo 01. Sealed Bids addressed to the Chairman, Procurement Committee I, C/o Director (Administration), Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Level 09, West Tower, World Trade Centre, Echelon Square, Colombo 01 may be sent either by Registered Post or may be deposited in the Tender Box kept in the Procurement Unit, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Level 09, West Tower, World Trade Centre, Echelon Square, Colombo 01 to be reached at or before 10:00 hrs. on 14.11.2025. Late Bids will be returned unopened and Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time at the above address in the presence of the Bidders representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 30.01.2026. Sealed Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid-Security of Rs.90,000/- & shall be valid up to 27.02.2026.
