Carrying Out Supervision During Construction Of All Types Of Smr, Which Are Performed By The Builder Of The Respective Object, In Accordance With The Legal Powers And Obligations Of The Contractor As A Person Exercising Construction Supervision Of Construction. In Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Code, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications Of The Contracting Authority. The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Should Be In Accordance With The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement And In Full Compliance With The Investment Project.
