The Municipality Of Tuusula Is Requesting A Contract Bid For The Total Price Of Building 10 (Address: Pataljoonantie 6, 04300 Tuusula) For The Renovation And Alteration Works In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Attachments. Building 10 Is The Oldest Surviving Of Tuusulas Hyrylä Garrison Buildings. It Is Located In The Same Courtyard Area As The High School And Cultural Building Monio. The Building Is Protected By The Site Plan (Sr-24) From A Cultural-Historical Point Of View And Is Valuable From The Point Of View Of The Whole Area. In The Project, The Bidder Acts As The Main Contractor And Main Implementer. The Work At The Site Is Carried Out Under The Supervision Of The Main Contractor. The Main Contractor Must Have A Full-Time Foreman In The Area. In The Project, The Building Will Be Renovated And Modified In Accordance With The Prepared Plan Documents; The Premises Will Be Used For Teaching Purposes. The Foundations And Load-Bearing Structures Of The Building Will Be Repaired And Strengthened, The Windows Will Be Renovated / Supplemented, The Water Ceiling Will Be Serviced, And The Interior Spaces, Furniture, Equipment And Surface Structures Will Be Renewed. The Buildings Building Technology Will Be Renewed In Its Entirety And The Object Will Be Connected To The District Heating Network Of The District Heating Plant. The Facades Of The Building Will Remain Mostly Unchanged. The Old Apartment Entrances On The Facade On The Inner Courtyard Will Be Removed And Two New Entrances Will Be Made, One Of Which Is Barrier-Free. The Facade Will Be Supplemented With New, Old-Style Windows. The Building That Is The Subject Of The Contract Has Been Cold And Unused For The Last Few Years. The Light Demolition Work Inside The Building Has Mainly Been Done In The Planning Phase. The Tenderer Must Take Into Account In His Offer And In The Pre-Planning Of The Work The Sites Heating And Weather Protection (Implementation Method, Equipment, Costs), Which Ensures Sufficient Conditions For Each Work Phase. The Tenderer Must Give An Option Price For The Maintenance Painting Of The Facade And The Removal Of Old Decommissioned Electrical Wires Attached To The Facade Cladding. The Project Requires A Building Permit. Alternative Contract Offers Will Not Be Accepted.
