This Is Not A Procurement Announcement, Nor A Request For Offer, But A Request For Information To Potential Service Providers. This Request For Information Does Not Ask For, And No Offers Are Given, But We Are Asking For Comments On The Attached Documents And The Information Request Questions Presented. The Purpose Of The Request For Information Is To Obtain Additional Information From Potential Bidders For The Preparation Of The Request For Bids For The Upcoming Tender.
