It Is A Property Located At Schulstraße 18 In 4700 Eupen. The Building Was Built In The 19Th Century As A School For The Children Of The Growing Workforce Due To The Growth Of Industry And Commerce. The Existing Building Consists Of 4 Floors. Basement, Ground Floor, 1St Floor And Attic. The Property Lies Along Schulstrasse And Forms A Triangle With The Adjacent City Park. The Terrain Slopes Steeply Towards The City Park, So That The Exit In The Basement Is At Park Level. The Front Facade As Well As The Original Side Facades And The Forecourt Are Listed Buildings. Due To The Long Period Of Vacancy, The Building Has Suffered Significant Damage. Massive Water Ingress Caused Severe Damage To The Roof And Floors, Causing Some Floor Ceilings To Collapse.
