Air Filter Supply And Replacement Services . This Negotiated Request For Proposals (“Nrfp”) Invites Proposals From Proponents For The Supply And/Or Installation Of Various Air Filters In Existing Hvac Equipment. The Replacement Schedule Is Biannually. The District Replaces Approximately 3000 Filters Per Year. The Successful Proponent Is Expected To Store The Required Filters On An “As And When Required” Basis, Transport, Replace, And Install Products At Each Site As Per The Replacement Schedule. The Initial Term Of The Contract Shall Be For One (1) Year With The Option To Renew For Up To Four (4) One-Year Extensions, Upon Mutual Consent Of The District And The Contractor.
