According To Section 3 Paragraph 1 Of The Tiernebg, The Disposal Obligation Extends To Material In Category 1 Within The Meaning Of Article 8 Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1069/2009 And To Material In Category 2 Within The Meaning Of Article 9 Of Regulation (Ec) No. 1069/2009, With The Exception Of Manure, Guano, Stomach And Intestinal Contents, Milk, Milk Products, Colostrum, Eggs And Egg Products As Well Follow-Up Products From These Aforementioned By-Products To The Extent Actually Incurred From March 1, 2026. Overall, The Quantities Of Animal By-Products Produced In 2024 Listed In The Service Description Serve As A Basis For Calculation. Fallen Animals In Agricultural Livestock Farms, Slaughterhouse Waste, Dissection And Sample Waste In The Cvua Mel, Other Animal By-Products
