The Subject Of The Order Is The Reconstruction Of The Road Of Ul. Poznańska In Zielona Góra - Bituminous Surface On A Base Using Mce Technology Along With Reconstruction Of Sidewalks, Exits And Bus Bays, Replacement Of Traffic Lights And Construction Of Pedestrian Crossing Lights. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex I.2 To The Swz And In The Documents Referred To In Point 3.5. Swz. 3. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Design Documentation And The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Contained In Annex I.5 To The Swz. 4. The Ordering Party Informs That For The Scope Specified Above, A Cost Estimate (Quantity) Was Adopted Based On The Offer Cost Estimate Included In Annex I.4 To The Swz, Which Should Be Submitted With The Offer In Accordance With Point 6.1.6) Of The Swz. 5. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Work Covered By The Contract For A Period Of Min. 48 Months And Warranty For Work Defects For A Period Exceeding The Warranty By 6 Months.
