The Object Of The Procurement Is The Food, Bathing Water, Waterway Water, And Domestic Water Research Services, Salmonella Monitoring And Sample Transport Services Of The Central Uusimaa Environmental Center. The Object Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Service Description Attached To The Procurement Notice. The Suitability Requirements For Procurement Are Described In More Detail In The Attached Service Description. The Tenderer And Any Subcontractors Must Meet The Suitability Requirements Stated In The Request For Tender And The Service Description. The Customer Is Responsible For Taking The Samples. The Subscriber Enters The Basic Information Of The Sample, The Place And Time Of Sampling, Any Observations Recorded In Connection With The Sampling, The Information Of The Sampler, The Choice Of Language Of The Test Certificate, The Need For A Statement And Other Information Required By Regulations In The Sampling Certificate. The Producer Is Responsible For Transporting The Samples To The Research Laboratory. Transportation Must Be Available On Thursdays, Excluding Public Holidays. The Producer Collects The Samples From The Customers Offices (Central Uusimaa Environmental Center/Health Control, Hyrylänkatu 8, Tuusula) From 13:00 To 15:00. Exact Pick-Up Times Will Be Agreed Together With The Selected Provider Before Signing The Contract. In Special Situations, Transportation Is Agreed On A Case-By-Case Basis. In Addition To The Search, The Customer Must Be Able To Transport Or Deliver The Samples To The Laboratory Themselves. The Laboratory Must Be Located In Such A Way That It Is Possible For The Customer To Transfer The Sample To The Laboratory That Will Analyze It Within 75 Minutes (Excluding Rare Analyzes That Can Be Arranged Separately, Where A Subcontractor May Have To Be Used) And To The Responsibility Of The Laboratory From The Office Of The Keski-Uudenmaa Environmental Center (Hyrylänkatu 8, 04300 Tuusula). The Analysis Must Be Able To Start Without Delay. The Samples Are Transported To The Examining Laboratory In Such A Way That Their Examination Can Be Started As Required By The Analysis Method, If Necessary During The Same Day. Regarding Chlorine Tests, The Producer Should Take Into Account That It Takes The Customer 45 Minutes To Deliver The Sample From The Sampling Point To The Customers Place Of Business. The Samples Must Be Transported At The Temperature Required By Legislation And/Or The Research Method And In Other Ways So That They Remain Representative. The Special Requirements Related To Transporting Different Sample Types Are Described In This Service Description For The Relevant Sample Type. As An Additional Procurement Option, We Request Hourly Rates For Work Done Outside The Laboratorys Normal Opening Hours In Order To Handle Disruption Situations. For Analyzes Performed Outside Of Normal Opening Hours, In Addition To The Analysis Price, The Hourly Price Indicated As An Additional Purchase Is Paid With An Accuracy Of 30 Minutes. The Invoicing Is Based On The Work Done At The Customers Request. The Customer Does Not Commit To Any Minimum Order Quantities, And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer. The Length Of The Contract Period Is Two (2) Years.
