The Subject Of The Order Is Database Cluster Software With A Warranty, Technical Support Package, Implementation And Data Migration As Part Of The Project Titled Improvement Of Access To E-Health Services And Digitization Of Treatment Processes At The St. John Of Dukla Oncology Center Of The Lublin Region In Order To Achieve Full Functionality And Secure Full-Profile, Highly Specialized Diagnostics And Treatment Of Oncology Patients. The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts Due To The Fact That The Order In Question, In Terms Of Technical, Organizational And Economic Terms, Forms An Inseparable Whole. This Decision Will Not Distort Competition By Limiting The Possibility Of Smaller Entities, In Particular Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises, To Apply For The Order. The Subject Of The Order And Its Size Correspond To The Capabilities Of Entities From The Sme Sector.
