Instructions For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Given Passenger Car In The Czech Language; • Paper And/Or Electronic Forms Of The Service Book (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service Book) For The Given Passenger Car; • The Original Vehicle Registration Certificate For The Passenger Car In Paper Or Electronic Form (In The Event That The Procedure According To Article I, Paragraph 8, Sentence Three And Sentence Four Of The Framework Agreement Is Not Applied); • Coc List (If The Procedure According To Article I, Paragraph 8, Sentence Three And Sentence Four Of The Framework Agreement Is Applied); • The Original Of The Report On The Technical Inspection Of The Passenger Car, Or Certificate Of Technical Competence Of A Passenger Car; • A Detailed Breakdown Of The Requirements For The Operation And Maintenance Of The Passenger Car (Only If Not Specified In The Service Book); • Any Other Accompanying Documents For The Personal Car In The Czech Language. Provision Of Service Services For Delivered Passenger Cars, If Requested By The Customer Within The Relevant Partial Purchase Agreement. The Estimated Number Of Vehicles Taken During The Duration Of The Framework Agreement Is 289. Pursuant To § 100, Paragraph 1 Of The Zzvz, Authorizing Contractors Are Authorized To Take Passenger Vehicles Up To The Limit Of The Required Number Of Passenger Cars Specified In Annex No. 1 Of The Framework Agreement, Increased By 20%. The Total Maximum Number Of Vehicles Taken On The Basis Of The Public Contract Is Thus 346. The Implementation Of The Subject Of Performance Defined In Article I Of The Framework Agreement Will Take Place Throughout The Duration Of The Framework Agreement, On The Basis Of Individual Purchase Agreements Concluded In Accordance With The Provisions Of Section 134 Of The Public Procurement Act. Entities For Whom The Public Contract Is Awarded Are Also Contracting Entities For Which The Number Of Required Vehicles Is Not Specified In Annex No. 1 Of The Framework Agreement And Which Are Identified In Annex No. 6 Of The Procurement Documentation, I.E.
