The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of 2 Diesel Buses For The Zawiercie Public Transport Company. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) Is Included In Annex No. 1A To The Swz. 3. The Scope Of The Order Includes The Delivery Of The Above-Mentioned. Buses Along With Equipment, Necessary Software, Documentation And Training Under The Conditions Specified In These Terms Of Reference. 4. Offered Buses: A) The Offered Buses Should Meet The Requirements And Conditions Specified In Regulation No. 107 Of The United Nations Economic Commission For Europe (Unece) - Uniform Provisions Concerning The Approval Of Vehicles Of Categories M2 Or M3 With Regard To Their General Construction [2015/922] (Oj Eu.L.2015.153.1 Of 2015.06.18), Hereinafter Referred To As Regulation No. 107 Unece. B) The Offered Buses Should Be Equipped With An Internal Combustion Engine. C) The Offered Buses Should Be Made With The Maximum Use Of Non-Flammable Materials, Especially In Terms Of Materials Used For The Construction And Interior Equipment Of The Body, And Have Eec Approval Of The Vehicle Regarding Flammability From Tests Of Non-Flammability Of Elements Of The Passenger Compartment And Drivers Cabin Equipment Made In Accordance With Regulation No. 107 Of The United Nations Economic Commission For Europe (Un/Ece). D) The Offered Buses Should Meet The Requirements Specified In The Provisions Contained In Section Iii Of The Act Of June 20, 1997 - Road Traffic Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended) And Meet The Technical Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended). E) The Offered Buses Should Meet The Requirements And Conditions Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of August 2, 2023, On Vehicle Type Approval (Journal Of Laws Of 2023.1651). F) The Offered Buses Should Meet The Pn-S-47010:1999 Standard Or Equivalent For A Class I Or M City Bus. G) The Buses Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of December 31, 2002 On The Technical Conditions Of Vehicles And The Scope Of Their Necessary Equipment (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 502, As Amended).
