The System Consists Of The Following Subsystems: • Subsystem For Electronic Office Operations (Seup) • Subsystem For Managing Digital Documentation (Dms) • Subsystem For Digital Archiving • Subsystem For Optical Text Recognition Of Scanned Documents (Ocr) • Subsystem For Reporting • Subsystem For Supervision And Administration The Subject Of Procurement Is Defined In Detail In The Terms Of Reference, Cost Estimates, Other Instructions To Bidders And The Contract Proposal, Which Are An Integral Part Of This Documentation.
