Tenders are invited for Carpeting of Badulla Alugolla Kandegedara Road (2 + 000- 7 + 050km). Non- refundable bid form fee (Rs) 20,000/- Value of Re- fundable bid security (Rs) 1,600,000/- District Secretariat of Badulla will provide funds for all the works from Ser.No. 01 to 03. Those desirous of submitting bids may obtain bid specimen forms from Regional Engineer ( Roads) offices of Department of Road Development at Badulla, Mahiyanganaya, upon payment of non refundable form fee to the office relevant to works. Pre bid meeting will be held at 10.30 a.m on 12.11.2025 at the Auditorium of Office of Uva Provincial Department of Road Development and therein prospective bidders may request clarifications about the works. Issuance of bid documents - From 31.10.2025 up to 2.30 p.m on 20.11.2025 (Bid documents will only be issued during office working days) Last date and time of acceptance of bids - Up to 1.30 p.m on 21.11.2025 Date and time of opening of bids - At 2.00 p.m on 21.11.2025 Place where bids are opened - At the auditorium of Uva Provincial Department of Road Development, Uva Provincial Council Office Complex, Kings Street, Badulla.
