Tenders are invited for Security Service to Premises of the Colombo Municipal Council Non- Refundable Bid Document Fee Rs. 12,500.00 + VAT Value of Bid Security & Type of Bid Securities Rs. 1,000,000.00 and Issued by Bank/Construction Guarantee fund or a refundable cash deposit or Bank draft in favour of the Municipal Commissioner. (Refer Bid documents for further details) Bid document (Original & Duplicate) in English could be obtained by two methods. Method 01 - Download from the CMC website (www.colombo.mc.gov.lk). I. Non-refundable Tender/Bidding document fee can be paid by following methods ; a) Any Peoples Bank branch to credit Peoples Bank, Town Hall Branch, Acc. No: 167-1-001-6-3169425. b) Payment counters of following Municipal Premises of Colombo City Limits from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on weekdays. > District Office 04 > Drainage & Water Supply Division, No. 147, High Level Road, Maligakanda, Kirulapone, Colombo 06. Colombo 10. II. It is mandatory to attach the original receipt / slip with the tender/bidding document. Method 02 - Collect from Town Hall Premises. a. Bidding document could be obtained from the office of Central Procurement Department, Colombo Municipal Council, Town Hall, Colombo 07 on submission of a written request during working days from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. till 19/11/2025, upon payment of non-refundable Bid document fee for each Bid to the shroff counters of Town Hall Premises. Bid documents will not be available on the website / issued from 10.00 am on 19th November 2025. Bid Securities obtained from Bank /CGF should be valid for 150 days from the date of closing of bids and shall be valid till 18/04/2026. The ORIGINAL duly filled sealed Bid document with the DUPLICATE should be delivered to the address below or deposited in the Tender box / Bid Box kept at the Municipal Secretarys Office , Town Hall, Colombo 07 at or before 10.00 a.m. on 20th of November 2025.
