Urban Planning Services – Contract For Intellectual Services Concerns The Development Of The Local Intermunicipal Urban Plan Serving As A Local Housing Program (Plui-H) Terres De Chalosse. The Consultation Is Not Broken Down Into Batches. It Includes A Firm Tranche Including The Development Of The Plui-H And An Optional Tranche 1 Relating To The Additional Asset Inventory, Both Treated At A Global, Fixed Price. The Services Will Give Rise To A Single Market. In View Of The Complex Issues Linked To The Development Of The Plui-H (Firm Tranche) And The Interdependence Of The Different Phases Of Its Development, It Was Deemed Necessary To Entrust The Entire Mission To A Single Economic Operator Or Group, In Order To Ensure Overall Coherence Of The Project And Optimization Of Resources. Variants Are Not Authorized For The Firm Tranche (Plui-H), But Authorized For Optional Tranche 1 (Additional Asset Inventory). This Contract Will Be Awarded To The Candidate Proposing The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Based On The Following Criteria: • Technical Value: 60% • Price: 40% The Maximum Duration Of The Contract Will Be 48 (Forty-Eight) Months, Including Project Management Validation Time.
