The Object Of The Procurement Is A Condition Monitoring System For The Kuopio Office Of The Institute Of Health And Welfare (Thl). The Condition Monitoring System Refers To The Sensors And Equipment Installed In Freezers, Refrigerators, Freezers And Cold Rooms, Incubators And Thermal Cabinets, As Well As The Software Offered As A Saas Service Of The System, Which Is Used To Monitor The Temperatures Of The Connected Measurement Objects And Which Alerts If The Temperature Deviates From The Specified Target Temperature. The Object Of Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Request For Tenders And Its Appendices, Especially In Annex 2 Description Of The Object Of Procurement And In Annex 3 Minimum Requirements.
