The Subject Of The Order Is The Granting And Servicing Of A Long-Term Bank Loan In The Amount Of Pln 3,900,000.00 (In Words: Three Million Nine Hundred Thousand Zlotys) To Finance The Planned Budget Deficit Of The Kosakowo Commune In 2025 In Accordance With Resolution No. Xxxv/204/2025 Of The Kosakowo Commune Council Of October 3, 2025 On The Adoption Of The Budget Kosakowo Commune For 2025 And The Authorization Contained Therein To Take Out A Long-Term Loan And In Accordance With Resolution No. Xxxv/203/2025 Of The Kosakowo Commune Council Of October 3, 2025 On Taking Out A Long-Term Loan, I.E.: 1. Loan Disbursement - Within The Maximum Deadline Of December 31, 2025, Once Within No More Than 3 Days Of The Occurrence The Ordering Party With The Request. The Loan Is Released On The Day The Funds Are Credited To The Ordering Partys Account. The Loan Disbursement Date Is The Criterion For Evaluating Offers. 2. A Long-Term Loan Cannot Be Charged With Fees Other Than Interest And The Banks Margin. 3. After The Grace Period, The Loan Will Be Repaid On The Last Day Of The Quarter, Starting From March 31, 2030 To December 31, 2033. If The Loan Or Interest Repayment Date Falls On A Non-Working Day, The Repayment Will Be Made On The First Business Day After That Day. However, It Should Be Taken Into Account That This Is A Maximum Period And Early Repayment Is Possible. 4. Interest Will Be Repaid Quarterly By The 1St Day Of The Quarter Following The Quarter For Which Interest Is Charged, Starting From The Date The Loan Is Disbursed. The Bank Will Be Obliged To Calculate The Interest And Send The Debit To The Ordering Party No Later Than 10 Days Before The Interest Payment Date. 5. Interest Rate On A Variable Rate Loan Consisting Of Two Components: A) Wibor 3M Rate With An Accuracy Of 2 Decimal Places, B) Bank Margin Fixed Throughout The Entire Loan Period, Set In % Of The Loan Amount With An Accuracy Of 2 Decimal Places. 6. The Loan Will Be Secured By A Blank Promissory Note Together With A Bank Declaration. 7. It Is Possible Not To Use The Full Loan Amount Without Incurring Additional Fees (No Commission For The So-Called Readiness). 8. Interest Will Be Calculated On The Loan Amount Used And Not Made Available. 9. If The Loan Is Repaid Earlier, Interest Will Be Calculated Until The Loan Repayment Date, And Not Until The End Of The Contract Period, Without Any Compensation Commission. 10. For The Calculation And Repayment Of Interest, It Is Assumed That A Year And A Month Have An Actual Number Of Calendar Days. 11. Capitalization Of Interest Is Not Allowed. 12. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Repay The Loan Early Or To Resign From Part Of The Loan Without Incurring Additional Costs Resulting From These Titles. 13. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right, Without Incurring Additional Costs, To Extend The Loan Repayment If The Legal Or Financial Conditions Of The Ordering Party Affecting The Repayment Change.
