Tenders are invited for Supply of Cooked Meals at Radawana Regional Hospital Value of Worth Certificate (Rs.) 800,000/- Refundable Bid Security (Rs.) 800,00/- Non-refundable Bid Fee (Rs.): 3000/- Bid documents and relevant details in Sinhala langauge for the supply of cooked meals for the year 2026 can be obtained on submission of a written application to the address given below along with the following certificates and recept obtained for the payment of the prescribed bid form fees to the Regional Director of Health Services from 31.10.2025 up to 01.11.2025 on working days of the week between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. Certified copy of the National Identity Card Grama Niladhari certificate on residency Form General 170 certificate obtained from the Divisional Secretary of the area to the prescribed value of the relevant hospital. Interested bidders can inspect the bid invitation document free of charge at the following address during office hours. Duly perfected bids in duplicate as Original and Duplicate enclosed in separate covers and top left hand corner of the cover marked as "Supply of cooked of meals to the. Hospital for the year 2026", either can be sent by registered post addressed to "Chairman, Regional Procurement Committee, Office of the Regional Director of Health Services, Kachcheri Complex, Colombo Road Gampaha" or may be deposited in the bid box placed at this hospital to be received at or before 10.00 a.m. on 12.11.2025.
