Tenders are invited for Routine Maintenance Works of the N/C Road between Kaia Village and the Fipag Warehouse, ChuíBa Neighborhood, 3.1 Km, over a Period of 3 Months. REPUBLIC OF MOZAMBIQUE PROVINCE OF CABO DELGADO GOVERNMENT OF THE DISTRICT OF PEMBA DISTRICT PLANNING AND INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICE ACQUISITION MANAGEMENT UNIT Public Tender Announcement Limited tender no. 01/GDP-CD/UGEA/SDPI/2025 The Government of the Pemba District invites interested companies to bid on Routine Road Maintenance Works on the N/C Road between Kaia Village and the FIPAG Warehouse, Chuíba Neighborhood, 3.1 km, for a period of 3 months. The tender will be governed by Decree No. 79/2022, of December 30th, which regulates the Contracting of Public Works, Supply of Goods and Provision of Services to the State. The tender is public and open to all eligible national and foreign firms holding a Public Works Contract License of Category III or higher, registered in the Single Registry. A sealed bid is also requested. 1. Interested bidders may obtain further information, examine the tender documents and purchase them at the Pemba District Planning and Infrastructure Service, located on Avenida 16 de Junho, new Pemba District Government building, Cabo Delgado province, for a non-refundable fee of 2,000.00 MT (two thousand meticais); 2. The validity period for proposals will be 90 days after the opening date; 3. A site visit is mandatory at 8:30 am on November 4, 2025; the meeting point will be at the SDPI building in the Pemba District. 4.
