Expression of Interest for Procurement of Drugs, Medical Supplies & Consumables, Medical Equipment & Instruments for Cataract and Trachomatous Trichiasis (Tt) Surgery 1. Drugs, Medical Supplies & Consumables including but not limited to antibiotics, analgesics, and anesthetics relevant to ophthalmic surgery, and surgical gloves, syringes, sutures, drapes, and sterilization materials. 2. Medical Equipment & Surgical Instruments specifically for cataract and TT procedures including operating microscopes, autoclaves, and surgical beds, forceps, scissors, speculums, and blades. Objectives: The purpose of this EOI is to: Identify capable vendors for each category. Establish a prequalified vendor list for future procurement. Explore the potential for framework agreements to reduce emergency waivers and improve procurement efficiency. Eligibility Criteria: Interested parties must submit: Valid business registration and operating license. Evidence of past performance in similar supply contracts and a minimum of 4 recommendations. Product catalog or specifications. Manufacturer authorization (if applicable). Tax clearance certificate or equivalent. Delivery timelines and capacity.
