Not Limited To The Works Listed Below, But In Accordance With All Other Requirements Specified In The Fup And Resulting From Applicable Law, Within The Accepted Contract Amount, The Contractor Will, In Particular, Design And Perform The Following Works: 1) Extension Of National Road No. 15, 2) Reconstruction Of Existing Roads In The Scope Of Collision With The National Road, 3) Construction Of Roads Other Than The National Road, Including Changing The Alignment Of Existing Roads, In Order To Restore Damaged Road Connections Or Ensuring Access To The Property, 4) Construction Of Additional Roads Located In The National Road, 5) Construction And/Or Reconstruction Of Infrastructure For Pedestrians And Cyclists, 6) Exits, Entries To The National Road Or Additional Roads, 7) Construction Of An Engineering Facility - A Crossing For Animals, 8) Area Drainage System, Including Drainage Devices For The Road Body: Road Ditches, Rainwater Drainage, Pre-Treatment Devices, Retention Reservoirs, Retention And Infiltration And Others, 9) Environmental Protection Devices, In Particular: Acoustic Protection, Animal Crossings, Ecological Culverts With Protective And Guiding Fencing, Greenery, Anti-Glare Screens, 10) Removal From The Construction Site And Disposal Of All Identified Plants That Are Invasive Alien Species, 11) Management Or Removal From The Construction Site And Disposal Of All Identified Waste, 12) Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Network And Sanitary - Based On Agreement No. 28.P.2025.I-4 Of October 29, 2025. 13) Reconstruction Of Conflicting Devices And Networks Of Existing Underground And Above-Ground Infrastructure: Telecommunications And Energy Devices, Water Supply Networks, Rainwater And Sewage Disposal Systems, Gas Networks, Drainage And Hydrological Devices, And Others, 14) Demolition Of Road, Culvert And Other Elements, 15) Service Channel 16) Road Lighting, 17) Traffic Lights, 18) Traffic Organization, Including Road Traffic Safety Devices, 19) Cleaning And Unblocking Existing Drainage Devices And Receivers To The Extent Ensuring Effective Drainage Of Water From The Road, 20) After The Completion Of The Works, Perform Full Reclamation Of The Areas Occupied By Technical And Social Facilities, The Construction Site, Temporary Roads - Made For The Needs Of The Contractor And The Construction Site, And Any Other Areas Transformed By The Contractor, 21) Carrying Out Repairs In The Scope Of Restoring Roads, Real Estate Used By The Contractor, Or Buildings Damaged As A Result Of The Contractors Activities To A Technical Condition No Worse Than Before The Commencement Of Construction, 22) Resuming Or Establishing Or Separating The Boundaries Of Road Lanes Of Roads Built As Part Of The Investment, Located In The Investment Demarcation Lines, Taking Into Account Their Designed Category, 23) All Works Resulting From The Need To Connect A Section To The Existing Communication System Along With Its Possible Reconstruction And Change Of Traffic Organization
