Repair, Maintenance And Associated Services Related To Railways And Other Equipment – Maintenance Of 12 Railway-Electric Vehicles. Business Contract For A Total Of 12 406 Series Stadler Citylink Rail-Electric Passenger Transport Vehicles At The Site Provided By The Customer, For The Provision Of Maintenance Services Performed By The Contractors Own Workforce, As Well As For The Performance Of Other Related Activities. The Contract Has A Fixed Duration Of 15 (Fifteen) Years For Half Of The Total Planned Operating Time Of The Vehicles And Is Divided Into The Following Three Performance Phases: - First Performance Phase: The Contractors Task Is To Build The Maintenance System, Based On The Maintenance Documentation Provided By The Seller Of The Vehicles, At The Location Provided By The Customer, The Contractors Own Labor Will Carry Out The Availability-Based Operation, Maintenance, Repair And Vehicle Cleaning Of The Railway-Electric Vehicles, As Well As To Provide For The Maintenance Necessary Materials And Parts, For A Fee Based On Kilometers. The First Performance Phase Lasts From The Date Of Handover Of The First Rail-Electric Vehicle To The Contractor Until The End Of The Service Period. - Second Stage Of Performance: The Task Of The Contractor Is To Complete The R1 Repair Of The Given Rail-Electric Vehicle According To The Maintenance Plan (Which R1 Repair Also Includes The Renovation Of The Bogies Of The Vehicles), Provided By The Customer And/Or At The Contractors Own Premises, With The Contractors Own Labor, Against A Lump Sum Fee. The Duration Of The Second Performance Stage Is The Same As The Duration Of The R1 Repair Of The Given Rail-Electric Vehicle. - Third Performance Stage: The Task Of The Contractor Is To Complete The R2 Repair Of The Given Rail-Electric Vehicle According To The Maintenance Plan (Which R2 Repair Also Includes The Renewal Of The Vehicles Bogies), Provided By The Customer And/Or At The Contractors Own Premises, With The Contractors Own Labor, For A Lump Sum Fee. The Duration Of The Third Performance Stage Is The Same As The Duration Of The R2 Repair Of The Given Rail-Electric Vehicle. - In Addition To The Above, It Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor, On The Basis Of A Special Case Order, For A Fee Based On Man-Hours, To Perform The Repair Tasks Related To Possible Damage To The Railway-Electric Vehicles, As Well As The Development Tasks Of The Vehicle Structure Necessary For The Safe And Economical Operation Of The Vehicles, And The Contractors Cooperation In These To The Extent Deemed Necessary By The Customer, As Well As The Delivery Of Materials And Parts Necessary For These Tasks, For A Separate Consideration.
