The Demolition Site Is Located In The City Of Oulu, Tuira District At Itäkangastie 9, 90500 Oulu. The Demolition Target Is The Main Building On The Plot, Which Is Also Known As The Merikoski School. On The Same Plot, There Is A Preserved Building C, Which Will Be Renovated At The Same Time As The Demolition Work. The Customer Has Agreed On The Implementation Of The Renovation Project As A Separate Contract From The Demolition Contract Project. The Demolition Of The Building Is Planned To Be Carried Out Simultaneously With The Renovation Project Of Building C By The Summer Of 2026 In Order To Minimize Disruptions To The Operations Of The User Administration. The Main Building Was Built In 1955, It Was Raised And Expanded In 1960, 1964 And 2000. The Building In Question Is A Three-Story School Building With A Floor Area Of Approximately 5381 M2. The Demolition Works According To The Contract Include The Entire Main Building And The Demolition Work Of The Waste Shed And Property Warehouse Located In The Parking Area In Accordance With This Request For Tender And Its Attached Documents. The Demolition Contract Program Is Described In More Detail In The Tender Request Annex. The Demolition Contract Aims To Achieve The Most Comprehensive Recycling Rate Of The Various Demolition Materials Defined In The Technical Tender Documents. The Demolition Contractor Acts As The Main Implementer Of The Project And Is Responsible For Site Management Duties In The Limited Areas Under Demolition Work. In Addition, The Demolition Contractor Is Responsible For The Comprehensive Safety Of Its Construction Site And Implementation Areas In Accordance With The Safety Document, Safety Rules, Safety Instructions And The Safety And Quality Documentation Prepared By The Client For Approval. Taking Care Of The Safety Of The Environment And Those Moving Around Will Be Particularly Important For The Demolition Project. The Customer Will Obtain A Demolition Permit For The Site.
