The Object Of The Procurement Is The Cost Management System Of The Leisure Center Of The Municipality Of Pirkkala. The Acquired System Is Implemented As A Saas Service. The Supplier Is Responsible For The Functionality Of The Service, Updates, Hardware, Data Security And Licenses. Reader Terminals Are Needed For Three (3) Doors. In Addition, A Separate One-Time Receipt Terminal Is Needed, Which Does Not Open Any Doors (The Instructor Allows Access To The Space And Supervises Registration). The Implementation Project Is Planned To Start At The Beginning Of January 2026 And The System Should Be Ready For Use 2.5 Months After The Signing Of The Contract. The Service Contract Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of The Start Of Production Use Of The Subject Of The Contract (Actual Contract Period). After The Fixed-Term Contract Period, The Service Contract Continues Indefinitely, With Notice Periods According To The Contract.
