During The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Have The Authorization For The Offered Machines, Their Technical Service, And The Distribution Of The Original Factory Spare Parts In Hungary, And To Hand Over The Supporting Documents To The Bidder. The Successful Bidder Is Obliged To Undertake To Continuously Maintain The Above Rights During The Entire Duration Of The Contract, Including The Duration Of Warranty Maintenance (Servicing) Activities. During The Warranty Period, The Winning Bidder Is Obliged To Start The Repair Of Any Device Malfunctions Within 1 Working Day Of Notification. If The Notification Of The Error Falls On A Non-Working Day, The Winning Bidder Is Responsible For Eliminating The Error
