Works For Complete Or Part Construction And Civil Engineering Work – Construction Of Two Fire Detection Stations In The Pniewy Forest District In The Design And Build System. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Swz And Annexes To The Swz. The Subject Of The Design And Construction Project Is The Construction Of Two Fire Detection Stations In The Pniewy And Wielonek Forestry Areas. The Towers Are Intended To Cover The Entire Area Of The Pniewy Forest District And Partially Overlap With The Regional Fire Protection System. The Order Will Be Implemented As Part Of The Co-Financing Of The Project Comprehensive Project For The Adaptation Of Forests And Forestry To Climate Change - Preventing, Counteracting And Reducing The Effects Of Threats Related To Forest Fires (Ppoż2). The Project And Construction Works Will Be Carried Out In The Following Locations Managed By The Pniewy Forest District: A) Location 1: Greater Poland Voivodeship, Szamotuły County, Ostroróg Commune, Wielonek District, Plot No. 80120/2 B) Location 2: Greater Poland Voivodeship, Szamotuły County, Pniewy Commune, Chełmno District - Jakubowo, Plot No. 80238/1 Location 1: Demolition Of The Existing Steel Lattice Tower Serving As A Fire Detection Observation Room (32 M High), Design And Construction Of A New Tower Using Prestressed Concrete Technology (Pre-Stressed Concrete) With A Height Of Approx. 48 M. The Tower Will Be Equipped With Photovoltaic Panels And An Energy Storage Facility Enabling The Operation Of Devices Such As: A Rotating Fire Camera, A Router, Security Cameras And Elements Of Security Systems. The Devices Are Powered By A Photovoltaic Installation Consisting Of Pv Panels With A Power Matched To The Towers Demand. Flexible Or Equivalent Panels Will Be Installed On The Facade Of The Observatory In An Arrangement From East To South To West, At An Angle Of Approximately 90° To The Ground Level. The Energy Will Be Directed To The Mppt Converter And Then To A Set Of Batteries, Supervised By A Bms System With Remote Monitoring. The Batteries Will Be Used To Power, Among Others: Converters (48V/230V, 48V/12V, 48V/24V), Computer, Managed Switches And Alarm Systems. The Installation Elements Will Be Placed In The R1 Cabinet At The Base Of The Tower (Min. 1000X1500x1500 Mm), Placed On Concrete Blocks, Equipped With Forced Ventilation Controlled By A Lan Controller, Temperature Sensors And Overvoltage Protection. In The Upper Part Of The Tower, It Is Planned To Install An R2 Cabinet (Approx. 700X500x300 Mm), Equipped With An Installation Disconnector, 230V Sockets, A Managed Switch And A Lan Controller. A Fire-Fighting Camera And 5Ghz Radio Antennas In The Unlicensed Band Are Planned To Be Installed At The Top Of The Tower. The Devices Will Be Connected Via Ftp Cables To The Industrial Switch In The R2 Cabinet. The Tower Will Be Equipped With An Anti-Burglary Installation Including A Gsm Alarm Panel With A 7Ah Battery, Reed Detectors (R1, R2), Two Ipx4 Alarm Cameras (At A Height Of 5-7 M) And An Acoustic-Optical Signaling Device. The Cameras Will Have Perimeter Protection, Motion Detection, Facial Photo Capture And People Counting Functions. System Integrated With Panel
