The Orderers Must Have Installed Solar Cell Systems On Supply Systems Of Three Different Utility Companies (Bornholms Spildevand A/S, Bornholms Vand A/S And Bornholms Varme A/S). It Concerns A Total Of 11 Different Solar Systems, Of Which 2 Will Be Extensions Of Existing Systems. The Solar Cell Systems Must Be Set Up In Connection With Supply Systems With An Existing Power Consumption And Thus Be Connected To The Existing Electrical Installations And Grid Connections. The Purpose Of The Project Is Thus To Cover The Consumption Of Electricity On The Individual Registers. This Is Partly A Part Of The Ordering Partys Strategy And Goal To Reduce The Co2 Footprint. An Energy Meter Must Be Installed For Each Plant For External Measurement Of The Plants Power Production. The Pulse Connection From The Energy Meter Must Be Forwarded To The Plc Module In The Buildings Main Switchboard. For Installations Over 50 Kw, A Production Meter Must Be Installed, Cf. The Order On Internal Electricity Connections. For Further Information About The Execution Of The Task, Please Refer To Annex 1 – Requirements Specification And Annex 2 – Project Description. It Is Of Great Importance To The Ordering Parties For This Procurement That Their Code Of Conduct (Appendix 6), With A Particular Focus On Human Rights, Is Observed For This Procurement. Against This Background, A Documentation Process Has Been Introduced In Section 6.3 Of The Tender Conditions To Ensure That The Employers Have The Opportunity To Follow Up That There Has Not Been A Breach Of Their Code Of Conduct Before The Final Contract Is Entered Into.
