Tenders are invited for Supply of Laboratory Services for Yazda MMU Project Purpose of the Tender: This tender aims to select a qualified laboratory within Sinuni Subdistrict and belonging areas to establish a framework agreement for the provision of laboratory testing services for MMU patients. The goal is to ensure efficient sample collection, accurate testing, and timely delivery of results to support patient care. Required Documents (to be signed and stamped): All documents must be submitted before the tender closing date and signed/stamped by the authorized representative of the bidder: 1. Annex B BOQ Financial Offer (filled, submitted separately in a sealed envelope) 2. Annex C Tender Submission Acknowledgment 3. Annex D Yazda Child Safeguarding Policy 4. Annex E Yazda PSEA Policy 5. Annex F Yazda Anti-Corruption Policy 6. Copy of the Lab. registration/license 7. Copy of laboratory manager/owner ID 8. Evidence of technical capacity (equipment list) 9.
