Work Detail

The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Work Consisting In The Modernization Of The Municipal House In Dolní Bojanovice. Construction Solution Concept Demolition Work So 01 Cultural House Building – As Part Of The Demolition, The Composition Of One Of The Existing Flat Roofs Will Be Removed, Including The Plating Of Attics And Attic Masonry. All Structural Layers Will Be Demolished Up To The Load-Bearing Concrete Slab Of The Roof, Which Will Then Be Leveled With A Self-Levelling Screed. In Place Of The New Roof, The Attic Will Be Walled Over And The Mass Of The Building Will Be Supplemented With An Aesthetically Missing Roof Plane. A Space Will Be Created Under The Roof, Which Will Partly Serve As New Warehouses, A Dressing Room, And Partly As A Balcony For Spectators With A Capacity Of 10 People. Due To The View Into The Hall, Holes Will Be Demolished In The Existing Wall, Which Will Copy The Width And Height Of The Openings On The Opposite Side Of The Hall (This Is A Non-Load-Bearing Lining). Outside The Building, On The South-Eastern Side Of The Building, The Existing Extension Of The Boiler Room Will Be Demolished (Before The Start Of Demolition Work, The Boiler Room Technology And The Hvac Unit, Including Distribution Systems, Will Be Dismantled From The Boiler Room). The Boiler Room And Hvac Machine Room Will Be Newly Located Inside The Building Of The Cultural Center, In Room 1.20, Practically Behind The Wall Of The Original Boiler Room. Within This Room, Fixtures Will Be Removed, The Existing Shower Corner Will Be Demolished And Part Of The Floor Will Be Demolished To Connect To The Existing Pipe Channel. An Opening For A New Door And Openings For Technology Distribution Will Be Demolished In The Perimeter Wall. Restaurant So 02 – Within This Building, Only The Composition Of One Of The Existing Flat Roofs Will Be Removed, Including The Plating Of Attics And Attic Masonry. At This Point, All Structural Layers Will Be Demolished Up To The Load-Bearing Concrete Slab Of The Roof, Which Will Then Be Sanded And Leveled With A Self-Leveling Trowel. Construction Work Cultural Building So 01 – As Part Of The Construction, The Flat Roof On The South Side Of The Building Will Be Removed, All Structures Will Be Removed Up To The Load-Bearing Footprint, Including The Existing Attics And Chimneys. The Shape Of The Roof And Thus The Mass Of The Existing Building Will Be Newly Added. The New Perimeter Walls Are Designed From Single-Layer Aerated Concrete Masonry With A Thickness Of 400 Mm. There Will Be 2 Warehouses, A Dressing Room, A Corridor And A Balcony With A Capacity Of 10 Spectators. Internal Partitions Are Designed From Aerated Concrete Masonry With A Thickness Of 150 Mm. The Floor Will Be Leveled With A Self-Leveling Trowel And Vinyl In Rolls Will Be Applied To It As A Tread. As Part Of The Balcony, There Will Be New Openings In The Walls That Will Form A Window Into The Hall And Onto The Stage. A New Railing Will Be Installed In These Openings In A Decor And Division According To The Existing One. The Balcony Will Be Separated From The Hall By A Fire Shutter, Which Will Automatically Lower In The Event Of A Fire Hazard. The Roof Above The New Space Is Designed As A Counter, With The Same Slope As The Existing One, The New Roof Will Form Its Continuation. The Roof Is Insulated With Mineral Wool, The Roof Covering Will Be In Accordance With The Existing One, Folded Sheet Metal. A Shaft Will Be Built In The Area Of ​​The New Boiler Room To Connect To The Existing Pipe Channel. The Floor Will Be Repaired. Restaurant So 02 – As Part Of The Construction, The Flat Roof On The South Side Of The Building Will Be Removed, All Structures Will Be Removed Up To The Bearing Footprint, Including The Existing Attics. The Shape Of The Roof And Thus The Mass Of The Existing Building Will Be Newly Added. The Perimeter Walls Are Designed From Aerated Concrete Masonry With A Thickness Of 400 Mm. As Part Of The Building Modifications, The Relocation (Disassembly And Reassembly) Of The Existing Heat Source Technology Of The Municipal House With A Gas Extraction Device, A Gas Double Boiler Will Be Carried Out To The Premises Of The New Technical Room On The 1St Floor Of The Municipal House. The Existing Hvac Equipment Will Also Be Relocated.
