The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Find Providers Of Support Person Service For Disabled And Special Needs Children And Adults And Personal Assistant Service For Adults In The Period 01.01.2026 - 30.06.2028 In Lüganus Municipality. The Provision Of Support Person And Personal Assistant Services Is Guided By The Requirements Of Support Person Service And Personal Assistant Service (§ 23-29) In The Social Welfare Act, Regulation No. 14 Of 07.02.2018 Of The Lüganus Municipal Council Procedure For Providing Social Welfare Assistance, Other Legislation And Norms Determining The Provision Of Services And The Administrative Cooperation Act. As A Result Of This Procurement, The Procuring Entity Will Enter Into A Framework Contract In Parts Of The Procurement With Up To Five (5) Bidders Whose Bids Meet The Conditions Stipulated In The Basic Procurement Documents And Have Been Assessed As Successful According To The Evaluation Criteria.
