The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Selection Of A Contractor For The Development And Warranty Support Of A Geoplatform, In The Context Of An Available Academic Arcgis License Of Mu-Varna, Under Project No. 24025 Application Of Geographic Information Systems For The Assessment Of Health Inequalities In Bulgaria, Approved For Financing By The Science Fund. The Order Includes: Geoplatform Development, Testing, Commissioning And Training Of The Contractors Staff (Up To 6 Employees) To Administer Data And Content Therein. Warranty Maintenance Of The Built Geoplatform For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months, Starting From Its Commissioning. The Geoplatform Should Present Information At A Given Moment About Health, Health Risks And Provision Of Health Resources For The Bulgarian Population At Several Levels. Information On Health, Health Risks And Provision Of Health Resources Should Be Presented At Appropriate Levels With Indicators Grouped Into Several Work Packages. The Geoplatform Will Be Powered By Various Sources Of Information: Nsi (Infostat), Mrrb, Health Information System, Nhif, Mtsp, Etc., As Well As From Scientific Research Conducted By The Contracting Authority Or The Results Of Which Are Available In Refereed And Peer-Reviewed Scientific Journals. All Data For The Initial Loading Into The Geoplatform Will Be Provided By The Contractor. The Minimum Requirements For The Development Of The Geoplatform, Testing, Commissioning And Training Of The Contractors Employees Are Detailed In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1). The Participants Proposal Must Have Parameters Identical To Or Better Than The Minimum Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Specified In The Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1).
