Tenders Are Invited For Selection Of An Operator For Issuing, Providing And Administering (Loading) Food Vouchers On Electronic Media For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Sliven And Secondary Budget Managers
The Approximate Number Of Employees Who Will Be Provided With Vouchers Is 1,247. The Number Of Electronic Meal Vouchers May Be Amended Or Supplemented As A Result Of Structural Changes, As Well As Regular Staff Turnover. The Operator Undertakes To Reserve Part Of Its Individual Quota, Determined By Order Of The Minister Of Finance For The Provision Of Food Vouchers, For The Period Of The Contract, For Approximately 1,274 Workers And Employees Of The Employer, Which Will Allow The Issuance And Charging Of The Full Nominal Total Value Of The Food Vouchers Required By The Employer In Electronic Form Until The Total Annual Quota For The Provision Of Food Vouchers In Electronic Form, Approved By The Law On The State Budget, Is Exhausted. Of The Republic Of Bulgaria For The Relevant Calendar Year. The Operator Issues, Provides, Loads And Administers Meal Vouchers On An Electronic Medium In Accordance With The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 7/09.07.2003 After Receiving A Monthly Or Quarterly Written Request, Prepared By The Contracting Authority In His Capacity As An Employer, To The E-Mail Address Indicated By Him, For The Issuance Of Meal Vouchers On Electronic Mediums And For Loading Meal Vouchers On Already Issued Physical Mediums.
