The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy At Low Voltage By The Coordinator Of A Balancing Group, Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso And The Assumption Of Costs For Imbalances, For The Needs Of The Municipality Of Peshtera, The Secondary Budget Managers And The Structural Units Of The Territory Of The Municipality. The Estimated Amount Of Electrical Energy For The Duration Of The Contract Is: 1,447,132.12 Kwh. The Amount Of Electricity Is Determined By The Contracting Authority Depending On The Specific Needs And Financial Security. The Quantities Specified In The Documentation Are Estimated For The Duration Of The Contract And Are Determined On The Basis Of Previous Consumption Of The Contracting Authority, Calculated For 12 Months And Increased By An Estimated 10%, And The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Use Them And Is Not Limited By Them. The Subject Of The Order Also Includes The Administration Of The Amounts For The Legally Determined Fees, Network Services And Excise Duty. The Same Will Be Paid By The Client To The Contractor.
