Research And Development Services And Related Consultancy Services - Services For Preparation Of Climate Change Adaptation Plans For Municipalities. Based On The Prepared Climate Change Forecasts And The Study Of Sensitivity And Vulnerability Of Lithuanian Municipalities To Climate Change, Which Will Be Submitted By The Buyer, The Supplier Will Have To Prepare Climate Change Adaptation Plans (8 Units) For Lithuanian Municipalities: Kaunas. Weekly, Klaipėda District Weekly, Šilutė District Weekly, Palanga Weekly, Vilnius District Week, Švenčioni District Week, Kretinga District Week, Jurbarka District Weekly Submission Of Municipal Climate Change Adaptation Plans Projects - No Later Than Within 6 (Six) Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Procurement Contract. After The Specified Deadline, Within 2 (Two) Weeks From The Date Of Submission Of The Projects, The Supplier Will Have To Organize Public Presentations (Live Or Remotely) Of Each Municipalitys Climate Change Adaptation Plans Projects To The Buyer And Other Interested Parties (A Total Of 8 (Eight) Presentations). The Supplier Will Have To Improve The Draft Plans According To The Comments Received From The Buyer And Other Interested Parties Before, During And Within 1 (One) Month After The Public Presentation And Submit The Final Versions Of The Plans To The Buyer Before The End Of The Purchase Contract. The Final Plans Are Provided To The Buyer In Electronic Format (Editable Version And Pdf). The Final Term For The Provision Of Services: No Later Than Within 9 (Nine) Months From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Purchase Contract. The Final Term For The Provision Of Services May Be Extended By The Written Agreement Of The Parties For No Longer Than 1 (One) Month, In The Event Of Circumstances Specified In The Technical Specification For The Purchase Of Services That Are Actually Proven By The Supplier And Not Caused By The Suppliers Inaction, Which Are Recognized By The Buyer As Objective. The Most Economically Advantageous Offer Is Selected Based On The Price-Quality Ratio. More Detailed Information On The Purchase Of Services Is Provided In The Terms Of Purchase.
