The Contract Consists Of The Following 3 Main Services: I. Transition In, Including I.A. A Safe And Stable Takeover Of The Application Responsibility For The Support Systems, Implementation Of E.G. Project Management, Transition Organization, Transfer Of Source Code And Documentation, Implementation Of Technical Transition And Necessary Transformation, Acquisition Of Knowledge From The Transferring Supplier As Well As Establishment Of The Operational Organization, Including Establishment Of Cooperation With The Operations Supplier. Development Of The Modernized Support Systems Takes Place In An Agile Manner In Close Cooperation Between The Parties In Relation To Supporting The Clients Business Goals And Needs, So That The Modernized Support Systems Can Be Implemented After A Time-Limited Period.
