Tenders are invited for Supply of Polythene Bags and Fertilizer Bags Applications are invited by me from Contractors / approved Voluntary Organizations / Suppliers and Manufacturers who wish to register themselves for the following Supplies and Provision of Services for the Year 2026 up to 3.00 p.m. on 31.12.2025. This can be applied through a self- made application by the applicant. Supply of Services (Registration Fee - Rs. 1,000.00). Conditions : 01. Sabha reserves the right of calling quotations and effect purchasing other than from registered Suppliers. 02. Registration of Suppliers will be cancelled without prior intimation who fail to quote when requested, fail to supply goods 011 the prescribed times and who do not adhere to terms and conditions. 03. VAT registered applicants should submit a certified copy of the VAT Registration Certificates along with the VAT Registration Number and certified copy obtained from the Commissioner of Inland Revenue for (he payment of tax for the year 2024. 04. For the Registration separate applications should be made for each supply and service and the name of the relevant supply or service should be mentioned on the top left-hand corner of the cover enclosing the application. 05. Advance payments will not be made for supplies and services. 06. Payments will be made only after the completion of supply or service. 07. Relevant payments should be made in favour of Secretary, Pradeshiya Sabha, Agalawatta by a cheque payment or through a Money Older.
