Tenders are invited for Processing of Departmental Identity Cards Applicants should pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1000.00 per each item / service in cash for the goods and services the applicant is interested in registering and the W.P. 01 receipt obtained from the Accountant of the Hospital should be attached and submitted with the application. Cheques or Money Orders will not be accepted. Registration fee for building construction and repairs is Rs. 2000.00. Qualification of the applicant will be checked and then the registration will be made. Applicants intending to register for building construction and repairs should possess the business registration and essentially should have the registration with CIDA / Provincial Council for engaging in building industry and the copies of relevant registration certificates should be submitted with the application.
