Expression of Interest for Diagnostic of the Legal and Regulatory Framework for Derivatives Markets - Pre-Implementation Phase IFC, through its Treasury Capital Markets Advisory Unit (CTMCA) intends to engage external international legal counsel (the Consultant) to assist in conducting initial diagnostics of the legal and regulatory framework and gap analysis regarding over-the-counter (OTC) derivatives market across certain selected jurisdictions in the emerging and developing market. Over a period of 36 months, IFC anticipates conducting up to twelve (12) diagnostic assessments in certain selected jurisdictions. This number is indicative and does not represent a commitment by IFC. The findings may inform IFC, in consultation with relevant stakeholders in developing potential country-specific implementation plans.
