In Concrete Terms, To Is Responsible For: · The Recruitment Of Candidates Who Aspire To An Operational Position Within Lvnl (Order Size: 3200 Candidates On An Annual Basis) · The Design And Implementation Of The Selection For Each Operational Function (By Means Of Capacity Tests, Interviews, Assessments, Simulated Job Samples) · Setting Up And Training Candidates To Become Eu-Certified Air Traffic Controllers (Order Size: 100-120 Students In Training At Any Time) · The Organization And Implementing The Advanced Training Of Already Certified Air Traffic Controllers (Through Training Bulletins, Classroom Instruction, Simulator Programs, E-Learnings / Order Of Magnitude: File Of 350 License Holders) · Specifying, Managing And Operating A Simulator Park For Each Operational Unit And Function (Order Of Magnitude: Up To 10 Real-Time Simulators With 60 Operators) · Assessing The Current Performance Of The Atm System And Drawing Up And Assessing Proposals For Improvement From A Human Factors Perspective · In Collaboration With Machine And Procedure Departments, Shape Changes To The Atm System, And Design And Implement The Conversion Training For The Operational Functions. · Maintaining A Human-Oriented Vision Of The Atm System Of The Future, And To This End Conduct Research Into The Role Of The Human Operator In A Complex Atm System.
