The Procedures Department At Air Traffic Control The Netherlands (Lvnl) Provides Air Traffic Management Procedures, Products And Services. The Department Has Two Executive Departments: Atm Procedures And Aeronautical Design And Information Services. The Departments Map The (Procedural) Architecture Of The Atm System In Connection With The Necessary Atm System Development And Training For Air Traffic Controllers. She Implements Changes In Procedures Through A Customer-Oriented Change Process. They Do This By Analyzing Change Requests, Mapping Requirements, Verifying Legislation And Regulations, Designing Procedures, Analyzing The Impact Of Changes And Creating Operational Information For Air Traffic Controllers. These Information Products Are Published (Digitally) For Internal And External Use By Operational Stakeholders.
