Tenders are invited for International Consultant to Support the Development of the Teachers Guide on Inclusive Physical Education and Sports Activities in Kosovo A practical and user-friendly Teachers Guide on inclusive sports practices will be developed locally to support teachers in implementing inclusive practices for children with disabilities and children from marginalized communities. The Guide will focus on Grades 15, emphasizing play-based physical activities that promote participation, cooperation, and basic motor skills development through inclusive approaches. These activities will be aligned with the learning outcomes of the national core curriculum, designed to support students physical development, enhance social interaction, teamwork, respect for diversity, and healthy lifestyle habits, in line with curriculum objectives for physical education and personal development. Experience and skillset required The local expert should have the following skills and experience: Advance degree in Education, , Inclusive Education, Physical Education, or sports Science. At least 5 years of experience in international education or sports for development. Demonstrated expertise in inclusive sports practices, disability inclusion, and child participation. Proven experience in developing practical training materials or guides for teaches or practitioners. Experience working with children with disabilities and marginalized communities will be considered a strong asset. Understanding of inclusive education systems and adaptation of physical activities for all learners. Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear practical, and actionable guidance. Ability to communicate and collaborate with local expert, educational institutions, partner organizations and the school communities. Ability to produce high-quality products on time. Excellent command of English. Ability to produce well-written reports, in a reader-friendly format, demonstrating excellent analytical and communication skills.
