The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1. Successive Purchase And Delivery Of Food Products For School And Kindergarten Canteens In 2026. 2. The Delivered Subject Of The Order Will Comply With The Requirements Of The Act Of August 25, 2006. On Food And Nutrition Safety (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1448, As Amended). 3. Food Products Included In The Delivery Should Meet Sanitary And Epidemiological Requirements And The Principles Of The Haccp System In Mass Catering Establishments, Among Others: 1) Have Appropriate Quality Specifications Or Certificates, 2) Have Appropriate Marking, I.E. Date Of Minimum Durability And Use-By Date, 3) Have Appropriate Temperature During Transport And Sanitary Conditions Of The Vehicle.4. At Each Request Of The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present An Appropriate Certificate Of Compliance With The Polish Standard Or European Standards For Each Product.5. The Contractor Will Deliver Food Products That Meet The Quality Standards Appropriate For A Given Type Of Product That Are In Force In Poland, With Current Shelf Life Dates Not Shorter Than Half Of The Shelf Life Specified By The Manufacturer, And Loose Products And Spices Min. 3 Months. Packaging Of Food Products Delivered By The Contractor Must Be Marked With A Visible Expiry Date.6. The Assortment Will Be Delivered In A Way That Guarantees Its Protection Against Transport Damage.7. If The Delivered Articles Are Damaged Or Damaged During Transport, They Will Be Replaced By New Ones By The Contractor On The Same Day.8. All Dry Goods Should Be Packed In Clean Individual Packaging Intended For Contact With Food, Protecting The Contents Against Damage.
