The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of The Roof Truss Structure Together With The Roofing Layers Of A Multi-Family Residential Building At Ul. Tadeusza Kościuszki 33 In Sobótka, Plot No. 1255 (Arch. 85 Am-14), Sobótka Precinct, Sobótka Commune, In Accordance With The Construction Design, Technical Expertise And The Building Permit Decision As Well As The Conservators Arrangements. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Demolition Of The Existing Roofing, Sheet Metal Work, B) Demolition Of The Existing Roof Truss, C) Demolition Of Walls Partitions Located Perpendicular To The Front Façade D) Construction Of A New Roof Structure, E) Removal And Repair Of Plasters On Chimneys, And Installation Of New Plasters On Chimneys (Entire Chimneys Above The Roof), F) Installation Of A Roof Covering With Ceramic Tiles With Lace-Up Tiles Along With Flashings, Roof Hatch, Chimney Patches, G) Installation Of Thermal Insulation Of The Roof And Vapor Barrier H) Installation Of A Suspended Ceiling From Plasterboards) Execution Of Works In Accordance With The Construction Design And Technical And Construction Expertise. The Detailed Scope Of Works Covered By The Order Is Specified In: Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Expertise Of The Building - Constituting An Integral Part Of This Specification Of Terms Of Contract. The Offer Price Should Include All Necessary Protection Of Work Sites Against Unauthorized Persons. The Contractor Undertakes To Perform Construction Works Not Covered By The Contract If They Prove Necessary For The Safety Of The Facility Or Protection Against Failure Based On An Entry In The Construction Log And A Necessity Report Approved By The Ordering Party. The Design, Together With The Opinions, Arrangements And Permits Required By Detailed Regulations, Constitute The Preparation Of The Technical And Formal Basis For The Implementation Of The Investment. The Ordering Party Recommends That The Contractor, Before Preparing The Offer, Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Construction Site And Its Surroundings At His Own Expense, And Also Obtain, On His Own Responsibility And Risk, All Additional Information That May Be Necessary To Prepare An Offer And Conclude A Contract And Execute An Order. The Ordering Party Informs That The Submission Of An Offer Should Be Preceded By An On-Site Visit Or Checking The Documents Relating To The Order At The Ordering Partys Disposal. The Ordering Party Determines That The Applicable Type Of Remuneration Will Be A Lump Sum Remuneration. The Attached Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constitute The Basis For Preparing A Price Offer. The Attached Bill Of Quantities Is Only An Auxiliary Element For Preparing The Price Calculation. Any Proper Names Used In The Design Documentation, If Any, Should Be Interpreted As Definitions Of Standards, And Not As Names Of Specific Solutions Applicable
