Paderewski In Cieszyn (Spin-Art Center For Artistic And Cultural Education).2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation (Which Consists Of The Construction Design, Pzt, Technical Designs And Detailed Designs For Individual Industries, Bills Of Quantities) And In The Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Decision No. 323 (Reference Number Wb.6740.236.2025.Eg) Of The Cieszyn Staroste Of April 29, 2025. Approving The Construction Design And Granting A Construction Permit, And Other Decisions, Opinions And Arrangements Obtained During The Implementation Of The Design Work, Which Documents Together With The Contract Should Be Considered Together. The Ordering Party Informs That The Attached Design Documentation Has Been Divided Into Separate Implementation Scopes, These Are Scopes From 1 To 5. The Subject Of This Order Is The Implementation Of Construction Works For Scope 1. The Division Into Implementation Scopes Has Been Described In Detail And Distinguished In The Design Documentation. The Attached Auxiliary Bill Of Quantities Applies Only To Scope 1. 3. Completion Date Of The Subject Of The Order: Up To 16 Months From The Date Of Handing Over The Construction Site. The Work Site Will Be Handed Over Within 7 Days From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Agreement.4. The Warranty And Warranty Period Is Specified In The Order Documents.
