Therefore, The Subject Of The Order Includes The Settlement Of Electricity Introduced Into The Network Of The Distribution Network Operator (Dso), Generated In Micro-Installations Owned By The Ordering Party, Together With The Service Of Receiving And Transmitting This Electricity, On The Principles Applicable To The Renewable Energy Prosumer, Which Is The Entity Of The Ordering Party - In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 2 Section 27A Of The Act On Renewable Energy Sources. The Ordering Party Has The Status Of A Renewable Energy Prosumer Referred To In The Above-Mentioned Art.
