The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Multi-Discipline Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation, Including Authors Supervision And Situational And Elevation Maps For Design Purposes, Obtaining Appropriate Opinions, Decisions And Arrangements For The Task Titled Development Of The Campus Area Of The Pomeranian University At Ul. Arciszewskiego In Słupsk On A Plot Marked With Geodetic Number 322/7, Area 6.17Ha. The Investment Area Is Covered By Local Development Plan Xxxvi-519-09 Gdyńska - Arciszewskiego In Słupsk - Area Card 10, Marking 2.Uo.2. Carrying Out The Works Mentioned In Section 1 Will Be Consistent With Universal Design Standards Along With The Principles Of Modern Technical Knowledge, Applicable Regulations In This Area, In Accordance With State And Industry Standards And In Consultation With The Ordering Party. 3. The Subject Of The Order Indicated In Section 1 Includes In Particular The Development, Based On The Documents Held By The Ordering Party And Provided To The Contractor, Including In Particular The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, And Annexes To The Opz, In Accordance With The Applicable Legal Provisions And In Accordance With The Arrangements Specified In The Local Development Plan.
