1. Task No. 1: Construction Of A 0.4 Kv Lighting Cable Line Sycewice Ul. Sportowa, Poprzeczna, Together With The Preparation Of Post-Construction Geodetic Inventory And Acceptance Documentation.2. Each Task Is The Construction Of A Linear Object, Which Includes: 1) Digging Ditches, 2) Laying Networks Using The Jacking Technique, 3) Laying Multi-Core Cables, 4) Laying Grounding, 5) Laying Pvc Protective Pipes, 6) Installation Of Foundations, Poles, Booms And Fixtures, 7) Installation Of Installations Inside The Poles, 8) Backfilling Of Ditches, 9) Carrying Out Tests, 10) Preparing As-Built Documentation.3. The Ordering Party Indicates That The Subject Of The Contract (Separately For Each Task) Is The Performance Of Construction Works And The Preparation Of Documentation Specified In This Contract.4. The Subject Of The Order Was Described In Detail In Points 1 And 2 And In Accordance With Art. 103 Of The Public Procurement Law By Means Of Design Documentation And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Annex No. 1A To The Swz. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Solutions Indicated In The Design Documentation And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Hereinafter Referred To As Stwiorb, Or Equivalent, Are Allowed.5. As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, The Contractor Will Provide Comprehensive Geodetic Services And Will Prepare And Prepare (Separately For Each Task) In Three Copies An As-Built Geodetic Inventory On A Map At A Scale Of 1:500 Or 1:1000 (In The Absence Of State Geodetic And Cartographic Resources Of Maps At A Scale Of 1:500) Along With Acceptance Into The State Resource Geodetic And Cartographic. In The Event Of Preparing An As-Built Geodetic Inventory On A Map At A Scale Of 1:1000, The Contractor Will Prepare An Additional As-Built Geodetic Inventory On A Map At A Scale Of 1:500, For The Needs Of The Ordering Party.6. If The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials And Devices Is Indicated In The Order Description, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Equivalent Materials And Devices, Provided That They Guarantee The Implementation Of The Works In Accordance With The Construction Law And Relevant Standards, Ensure Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Order Description And They Are Previously Approved By The Ordering Party.7. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Construction Works Performed, Which Are The Subject Of This Order, For A Period Identical To The Warranty Period Indicated In The Contractors Offer. 8. The Ordering Party, Pursuant To Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Under An Employment Contract On The Terms Specified In The Said Article.9. The Task Is Co-Financed From The Village Fund.
