The Scope Of The Contractors Services Includes: 1) Stage 1 - Development Of Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation, In The Scope Of: A) Construction Design, Developed In Accordance With The Construction Law And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development On The Detailed Scope And Form Of The Construction Design - In Paper Form - 5 Copies And In Electronic Form - 2 Copies, Including In Particular The Architectural And Construction Design And The Technical Design; Other Studies Depending On The Scope And Nature Of The Investment In Question; B) Executive Designs For The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, For Each Industry, Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Functional And Utility Program Along With Visualization And Room Arrangement Design (Including The Selection Of Colors, Type Of Floors, Joinery, Arrangement Of Equipment, Etc.), In In Paper Form - 3 Copies And In Electronic Form - 1 Copy;C) Bills Of Quantities For The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract, For Each Industry, Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Functional And Utility Program, In Paper Form - 2 Copies And Electronically - 1 Copy;D) Obtaining All Legally Required Opinions, Arrangements And Verifications Of Documentation Design Necessary To Obtain A Building Permit And Commence Construction Works; The Ordering Party Requires That The Design Documentation Be Agreed With A Sanitary And Hygienic Expert And A Fire Protection Expert; E) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Prepared In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works And The Functional And Utility Program, In Paper Form - 2 Copies And Electronically - 1 Copy;F) Obtaining A Building Permit On Behalf Of The Ordering Party.
